1. There is no registration fee for submitting proposals/entries.
2. Entries will be accepted online only. The online link will be disconnected at 11.59 PM on the last date of submission of awards. Hard copies of documents shall be submitted within seven working days on the disconnection of link after which hard copies shall not be accepted
3. Receipt of online submission generated automatically shall be attached with the filled application form and documents. Applications found without online receipt shall be rejected.
4. Any entity which satisfies the eligibility criteria may submit entries under the respective category (ies).
5. Entry can be submitted in more than one category.
6. In a category, only one entry of a proposal shall be entertained. If more than one entry of a particular proposal is found in a category, the latest entry will be considered for evaluation, remaining entries will be discarded. G.O. (Rt) No.325/2018/TSM File No.TOUR-B2/276/2018-TOUR
7. Proposals should be comprehensive and cover the areas mentioned in criteria for the award category. Incomplete proposals not complying with the directions/guidelines detailed herein would not be considered.
8. Preliminary Scrutiny Committee & Govt. Level Evaluation Committee: All the entries will be preliminary scrutinised by preliminary committee constituted by govt for each award category with different persons, committee shall be evaluating the applications and suggesting giving marks for each entry and recommend to Govt level evaluation committee which will select the winners of the award as per the selection process and evaluation criteria.
9. The decision of the evaluation Committee will be final and binding on all participants. No appeals or objections shall be entertained against the decision of the evaluation Committee. The proceeding of the screening Committee shall be confidential till the declaration of the awards.
